1. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

No MOQ. You can start with 1 piece.


2. How long does custom cylinder production take?

From drawing approval to sample delivery: 7 business days on average. Lead times for volume orders are confirmed at the time of order.


3. What customizations do you offer?

Non-standard stroke, special mounting, special materials (stainless steel rod, high-temperature seals, food-grade), locking cylinder, non-standard port position, etc. Not listed? Just ask.


4. Can you provide drawings before production?

Yes. We provide 2D and 3D drawings for your approval before production.


5. Do you charge for samples?

Yes, samples are charged for material and labor. Sample costs can be deducted from volume orders once confirmed.

6. How long do your cylinders last?

It depends on operating conditions, frequency, and maintenance. Under normal conditions, our cylinders are designed for millions of cycles.


7. What certifications do you have?

ISO 9001, CE, and relevant industry certifications.


8. What is your warranty policy?

Standard warranty is 12 months. We take care of quality issues.


9. Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?

Ordering & Delivery

10. How can I place an order?

Contact us via form, email, or WhatsApp. We’ll provide drawings, you approve, then we proceed to prototyping. See our Ordering and Delivery page for details.


11. What is your lead time?

Samples: 7 business days on average. Volume orders: confirmed upon order.


12. Which port do you ship from?

Ningbo Port, Guangzhou Port, Shanghai Port.


13. What payment methods do you accept?

Sample orders: prepaid. Volume orders: 50% deposit, 50% before shipment. Long-term customers may negotiate terms. page.
