Need stroke lengths beyond standard catalogs? We build custom cylinders up to 2800mm and longer. Perfect for sliding platforms, container translation, and pipe lifting systems.
Standard cylinders can't handle gravel, sand, and demolition debris. We build heavy-duty cylinders with custom bore (up to 320mm), hardened rods, and rugged seals for mining, construction, and dump body applications.
Standard mounting doesn't fit your equipment? We build fully custom cylinders — any stroke, any bore, any mounting style, any rod end. No minimum order. CAD drawing in 2 days. Sample in 7 days.
Need precise linear motion without piston rod rotation? Our non-rotating cylinders use guide rods, square pistons, or multi-rod designs to prevent spinning. Ideal for positioning, clamping, and tooling applications.
Safety first. Our locking cylinders hold position even when air pressure is removed — mechanical lock or pilot-operated check valve. Essential for cab tilt, dump body hoists, and any application where load holding is critical.
Operating in cold climates? Standard seals turn brittle at -30°C. We use low-temperature seal kits and special grease that stays fluid when it's freezing. Proven in Belgium — 2800mm stroke cylinders running through winter.
Welding, metallurgy, glass manufacturing — high heat kills standard seals. We build cylinders with FKM, PTFE, or PEEK seals rated for 150°C to 300°C. Heat shields, cooling fins, and high-temperature lubricants also available.
Food processing, pharmaceuticals, marine environments — corrosion is not an option. We build cylinders with 304 or 316 stainless steel bodies and pistons, FDA-compliant seals, and NSF H1 food-grade lubricant. Built for washdown and harsh conditions.
