Holds dual bachelor's degrees in Engineering and Business Administration. During university, he systematically studied core engineering disciplines including Fluid Mechanics, Mechanics of Materials, Theoretical Mechanics, Materials Science, Mechanical Principles, and Metal Processing Technology, laying a solid theoretical foundation for his future career in the pneumatic industry.

Professional Experience

● 2006: Started as a Mechanical Engineer at Guilin Pilkington, a subsidiary of NSG Group, where he collaborated with the company's technical consultant, Mr. Antonio Bonifazi.

● 2007: Joined Fescolo, serving in various roles including Mechanical Engineer, Technical Marketing Consultant, and Sales Manager, gaining deep insights into customer needs and product applications.

● 2015 – Present: Assumed the role of General Manager (CEO) for both Fescolo and Fokca, overseeing company strategy and operations.

Technical Expertise

With over 20 years of experience in the pneumatic industry, Jeffrey can quickly identify the root causes of cylinder failures on-site by applying his knowledge of Fluid Mechanics and Mechanics of Materials. Beyond solving immediate problems, he provides optimized design solutions from the source to prevent recurrence.

Antonio Bonifazi is a highly experienced senior mechanical engineer hailing from Italy. Previously, he held positions as a senior mechanical engineer at Argiro Group in Italy and NSG Group in Japan. Possessing a solid technical foundation, he is proficient in Italian, English, Spanish, Russian, and several other languages. 

In 2006, he collaborated with Mr. Jeffrey Bu at Guilin Pilkington under NSG Group. In 2015, upon Jeffrey's invitation, Antonio assumed the role of Chief Technical Consultant for the company. He provides technical support and advisory services to Fescolo and Fokca, addressing numerous technical challenges for clients. Antonio has offered valuable solutions and insights, contributing significantly to the assurance of product quality within the company.

Previously a Technical Supervisor at AirTac in Taiwan. Joined Fescolo in 2008. Became Production Manager in 2012. He's the person directly responsible for manufacturing your custom cylinders. 

He knows how one of the world's largest pneumatic manufacturers builds cylinders — and he's brought that experience to Fescolo.

Aris Zhang is the quality assurance engineer in Fescolo. He is mainly responsible for arranging daily inspection tasks, following up inspection progress, and data analysis of semi-finished products, finished products, and verified products, summarizing inspection data, analyzing batch-to-batch differences of each product, and promptly communicating with the production department on quality of product. Each of our products needs to go through 3~8 inspection processes to ensurethat every product delivered to customers is qualified. Aris is rigorous, careful, responsible for certification, and meticulous in his work. Together with the members of the quality control team he leads, he plays a huge role in product quality control.

Cissy is the marketing director in our company. She once served as market planning in Exmagen, which is a multinational company , mainly responsible for corporate brand planning, maintenance and publicity. According to the company's overall strategy, she made overall planning, deployment and resource allocation for the company's sales projects. And lead the members of the market department to collect various market information, establish a good relationship with customers, timely feedback customer information, meet customer needs, and improve customer satisfaction. As the leader of the marketing department, Cissy has a flexible mind, strong planning ability, and rich experience in brand promotion. Under her leadership, Fescolo's popularity has grown year by year.
