Fescolo’s manufacturing roots date back to 1998, when the earliest mold factory began operations in Ningbo. The experience developed in tooling, machining, and manufacturing provided the foundation for the business’s later expansion into pneumatic products.
In September 2007, Jeffrey joined the predecessor manufacturing business and founded the Fescolo brand. At that time, Fescolo focused on supplying a broad range of pneumatic products to industrial customers.
Over the years, our work with equipment manufacturers showed us that standard pneumatic cylinders can solve many common requirements, but they cannot solve every real-world application challenge.
Installation space may be limited. Stroke lengths and mounting arrangements may differ from catalog standards. Operating temperatures, loads, materials, and working environments may require special consideration. OEM customers may also need to begin with one or a few prototypes, validate them in actual equipment, and scale production only after the design has been proven.
These experiences gradually shaped Fescolo’s direction toward custom pneumatic cylinder engineering.
In 2015, a clearer two-brand strategy began to take shape. Fescolo increasingly focused on custom pneumatic cylinders and application-specific OEM projects, while Fokca continued to provide a broader range of pneumatic products and supply solutions.
Today, Fescolo works with OEM manufacturers and engineers to develop pneumatic cylinders around real application requirements—not simply around standard catalog dimensions.
To us, customization is more than changing bore size, stroke, or mounting dimensions. It means understanding the application, identifying engineering risks, validating the design through prototypes, and developing a solution that can be supplied reliably over the long term.
Fokca and Fescolo are two complementary brands operated by Ningbo Fokca Automation Co., Ltd.
Fescolo was founded in 2007 and today focuses on custom pneumatic cylinder engineering for OEM manufacturers and engineers. We support projects from application review and prototype development through production validation and repeat supply.
Fokca was created in 2015 to provide a broader range of pneumatic and industrial automation products, including standard pneumatic components and supporting supply solutions.
Both brands share the same manufacturing foundation, engineering experience, and customer-focused philosophy. Their roles are different but complementary: Fescolo addresses application-specific cylinder requirements, while Fokca supports broader standard product and automation needs.

Hello, I'm Jeffrey, Founder and CEO of Fescolo.
Since founding Fescolo in 2007, I have worked closely with customers across the pneumatic market. Over time, one problem became increasingly clear: standard cylinders solve many common applications, but some OEM projects require a cylinder developed around the machine itself.
This is why Fescolo has progressively focused on custom pneumatic cylinders. We begin by understanding where the cylinder will be installed, what movement and load it must handle, and what operating conditions it will face. We then review the design, validate prototypes, and prepare the solution for reliable repeat production.
For us, customization is not simply changing dimensions. It is a disciplined process of engineering collaboration, validation, improvement, and long-term supply responsibility.
Today, our goal is to make Fescolo a trusted custom cylinder partner for global OEM manufacturers and engineers.
