Custom Pneumatic Cylinders, Built for Your Application

FESCOLO is a brand of Fokca Automation Co., Ltd., focused entirely on custom pneumatic cylinders. While our parent company supplies a wide range of industrial components, Fescolo exists for one reason: to deliver cylinders where standard ones don't fit.

We started small — sometimes with just 2 pieces — and grew alongside our customers. A Mexican truck upfitter began with 2 pieces in 2019. Today, they order 900 pieces a year. A Belgian equipment manufacturer started with a single custom long-stroke cylinder, spent nearly two years testing, and now orders nearly 600 pieces annually. These are not exceptions — this is how we work: start small, prove the design, then grow together.

Leadership

General Manager - Jeffrey Bu
Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration. Started as a mechanical engineer at NSG Group (Guilin Pilkington) in 2006. Joined Fescolo in 2007. Became General Manager of both Fescolo and Fokca in 2015. When you have a technical question, you're talking to someone who can answer it — not just a manager who forwards emails.
Chief Technical Consultant - Antonio Bonifazi
Senior mechanical engineer from Italy. Worked at Argiro Group (Italy) and NSG Group (Japan). Speaks Italian, English, Spanish, Russian, and several other languages. Joined Fescolo in 2015. When standard designs don't work, Antonio steps in. He's solved complex custom cylinder challenges that other engineers couldn't.
Production Manager - Frank Mao
Previously a Technical Supervisor at AirTac in Taiwan. Joined Fescolo in 2008. Became Production Manager in 2012. He's the person directly responsible for manufacturing your custom cylinders. He knows how one of the world's largest pneumatic manufacturers builds cylinders — and he's brought that experience to Fescolo.
Assistant to General Manager - Aris Zhang
Background in mechanical automation. Worked as a technical engineer before joining Fescolo. Now he assists Jeffrey on custom cylinder projects — from initial concept to final design. Also handles inspection, data analysis, and quality tracking for semi-finished and finished products. From raw material to finished cylinder, he's on it.
Marketing Director - Cissy Chen
Previously at Exmagen, a multinational company, focused on brand planning and market strategy. She makes sure you can find us when you need custom cylinders.

Our History

Founded in 1998 as a mold factory, the company began large-scale pneumatic production in 2001,expanded into aluminum die-casting in 2005, launched standard cylinders in 2006, was acquired by FOKCA in 2008 and shifted to customized cylinders, added air treatment units in 2010, entered solenoid valves in 2013, restructured leadership in 2015, upgraded CNC technology in 2016, achieved automation in 2019, expanded patents in 2022, and entered a new growth phase in 2023.
