What happens when you try to lift a 12-inch steel pipe with two cylinders that move at different speeds?
The pipe tilts. Load shifts. Someone yells "stop." Not a good day.
Pipe lifting is different from factory automation. The loads are heavy and unpredictable. The site conditions are muddy, dusty, and uneven. And you usually need multiple cylinders working together.
Off-the-shelf cylinders weren't made for this. We build cylinders that are.
Most pneumatic cylinders are designed for factories — clean floors, controlled environments, predictable loads. Your job happens outside. On dirt. In mud. Sometimes in snow.
The loads aren't predictable either. A 12-inch steel pipe and a 24-inch concrete pipe don't weigh the same. Your lifting system needs to handle both.
And then there's the synchronization problem. Lift a long pipe with two cylinders that move at different speeds, and the pipe tilts. Load shifts. Things get dangerous fast.
Off-the-shelf cylinders don't solve these problems. They create new ones.
We start with your pipe. Not our catalog.
Stroke length — whatever you need. 500mm, 1200mm, 2000mm. No standard increments.
Bore size — matched to your pipe weight. 50mm for lighter loads. 125mm for heavy concrete pipe.
Mounting brackets — designed for your frame. Not adapted from someone else's.
We also help with synchronization. Not just the cylinders — the whole control setup. Flow valves. Sequence controls. Position feedback if you need it. You don't have to figure it out alone.
And we build for the outdoors. Dust wipers that actually keep dirt out. Rods that don't rust the first time they see rain. Seals that work in cold weather.
Numbers
| Parameter | What we can do |
| Bore size | 50mm to 320mm |
| Stroke | Up to 2000mm |
| Pressure | 4 to 10 bar |
| Temperature | -20°C to +80°C (lower on request) |
| Seals | NBR, FKM, or low-temperature compounds |
We've built cylinders for:
Pipeline construction — lifting steel pipes for welding
Water infrastructure — lowering concrete pipe into trenches
Industrial plants — moving pipe sections during maintenance
Truck-mounted pipe handlers — lifting pipe onto flatbeds
Each job was different. Each cylinder was different. That's the point.
Long-stroke, heavy-lift cylinders are what we do. We've built them for sliding platforms, for container handling, for custom lifting systems. The principles are the same: custom stroke, proper support, reliable sealing.
When a customer needs a cylinder that standard catalogs don't offer, they come to us. Not because we're cheap — because we actually build what they need.
Your turn
Tell us your pipe weight, lift height, and how many lift points you need. We'll get back to you with a cylinder design that fits your system — not the other way around.
