1. Listen Before We Engineer

We begin with the application—not with a catalog model.

Before proposing a cylinder, we work to understand where it will be installed, what movement and load it must handle, the operating environment, and the result the customer needs.

Our goal is not to make the customer’s equipment fit our cylinder. It is to develop the cylinder around the application.

2. Start Small, Validate First

Many OEM projects should not begin with a large production order.

We support prototype quantities starting from one piece, allowing the customer to review the design and test the cylinder in the actual equipment before scaling.

A small first order is not a small project. It is the first step in proving the right solution.

3. Consistency Before Scale

A successful prototype is only the beginning.

Before repeat production, we focus on stable materials, controlled processes, inspection requirements, and the repeatability needed for future batches.

We value consistent production more than one perfect sample.

4. Keep Commitments Clear

We provide realistic information about engineering requirements, project risks, and lead times.

When special materials, tooling, testing, or design changes may affect the schedule, we communicate clearly and as early as possible.

Clear expectations are more valuable than promises we cannot reliably keep.

5. Own the Outcome

Our responsibility does not end when the cylinder is shipped.

When a problem occurs, we review the application, product design, materials, and manufacturing process to identify the cause and work toward a practical corrective solution.

We do not avoid difficult problems. We take them seriously and work with the customer to resolve them.

6. Build for the Long Term

We are not focused on one prototype, one order, or one transaction.

We develop solutions with repeat production, future orders, and long-term supply reliability in mind.

Our goal is to become a partner the customer can continue to rely on as the project grows.

Values in Practice

Mexico — Start Small, Then Scale

A customer in Mexico began with an order of two cylinders in 2019.

After the design was validated in the actual equipment, the project gradually developed into approximately 900 cylinders per year.

The relationship began with a small prototype order and grew through proven performance and consistent supply.

Belgium — Listen to the Application

A customer required a cylinder with an approximately 2,800 mm stroke for operation at temperatures down to −30°C.

Standard catalog products could not fully meet the application requirements. The project began with prototype validation and later developed into ongoing repeat purchases.

The solution began by understanding the actual operating conditions—not by selecting the nearest standard model.

Sweden — Own the Outcome

A cylinder used in a railway braking application experienced an end-cap failure under demanding operating conditions.

We reviewed the failure, revised the design, developed new tooling, and upgraded the material.

The problem was resolved, and the customer continued the cooperation.
