From 2 to 900 – A Story of Trust from a Mexico Customer

Customer Background

A Mexico-based truck manufacturer (name withheld for confidentiality) specializing in special vehicle modification.

The Challenge

In 2019, the customer wanted to use standard cylinders. But soon they realized: standard sizes couldn't fit their actual installation conditions. Every vehicle had different space and stroke requirements. They needed a truly custom solution.

Our Solution

We designed cylinders based on their on-site measurements. We reviewed drawings again and again – because any deviation could delay their entire project. The first 2 samples were completed and shipped within one week.

Initial Verification

The customer tested the samples immediately. The cylinders worked perfectly. But given the high reliability requirements of truck modification, they were still concerned about long-term stability and lifespan. They didn't scale up immediately. They chose to wait.

A Long Trust-Building Journey

Four years passed. In 2023, the customer placed another sample order – this time for 4 pieces. We treated them the same way. No small order is ever treated lightly.

In 2024, the customer increased the sample quantity to 10 pieces. The dimensions changed slightly – not because of quality issues, but because their installation conditions had changed. Again, we delivered fast and right.

Batch Validation

In early 2025, the customer finally placed an order for 500 pieces. They emphasized: must be exactly the same as the approved samples. We followed the drawings precisely – from machining, assembly, testing, to packaging and shipping. They were very satisfied.

The Real Breakthrough

In December 2025, the customer confirmed: all 500 pieces performed without any issues. 

Then came the next order – 900 pieces.

This time, we knew – they fully trusted us.

Closing
