IN series pneumatic quick couplings are compatible with Parker's 20 Industry series nipples. Normally, they are made of carbon steel, brass. Carbon steel materials can bear higher working pressures than brass. Brass and stainless steel materials can be used in water, oil mist and corrosive environments. If considering both of working pressure and medium, mixed materials can also be used, such as brass body, carbon steel sleeve, stainless steel spring and balls, in order to reach the performance required.
According to the flow rate and the size of orifice, IN series quick coupling are divided into three types: 1/4”, 3/8”, and 1/2”, which can meet the different flow requirements. If used in special environments such as seawater or corrosive or high temperature, full stainless steel couplers and FKM sealing parts are available.
