Pneumatic globe valve

The opening and closing part of the pneumatic globe valve is a plug-shaped valve disc, the sealing surface is a plane or a conical surface, and the valve disc moves linearly along the center line of the fluid. The movement form of the valve stem includes a lifting rod type (the valve stem rises and falls, and the handwheel does not rise and fall), and there is also a lifting rotary rod type (the handwheel rotates and lifts together with the valve rod, and the nut is arranged on the valve body). The globe valve is only suitable for fully open and fully closed, no adjustment and throttling are allowed.

The cylinder of the actuated globe valve is a stereotyped product, which can be divided into single-acting and double-acting according to the mode of action. The single-acting product has a return cylindrical spring, which has the function of automatic reset when the gas is lost, that is, when the gas is lost, the cylinder piston (or diaphragm) drives the cylinder push rod to return to the original position of the cylinder (original position of the stroke) under the action of the spring. The double-acting cylinder has no return spring, and the advance and retreat of the push rod must rely on changing the position of the inlet and outlet of the air source of the cylinder.

Control globe valve is characterized by simple structure, convenient manufacture and maintenance; small working stroke, short opening and closing time; good sealing performance, small friction between sealing surfaces, and long service life; during the opening and closing process, the friction force ratio of the sealing surface is higher than The gate valve is small and wear-resistant; usually only has one sealing surface, and the manufacturing process is good, which is easy to maintain. Its common specifications are 1 2 globe valve, 1 4 globe valve, 6 globe valve.

Pneumatic globe valves are generally used in pipelines or devices with high temperature and high pressure media. Such as thermal power plants, nuclear power plants, high temperature and high pressure pipelines of petrochemical systems.
