Lubricator oil
Lubricator oil should use clean lubricating oil that has little effect on the deformation, hardening and softening of the synthetic rubber sealing material. or spindle oil to avoid damaging the seals.
Compressed air lubricator is installed after the air filter and the pressure reducing valve. The direction of the inlet and outlet must not be reversed to avoid losing the oil mist function.
The lubricator can adjust the throttle valve, the amount of oil dripping clockwise decreases, and the amount of oil dripping counterclockwise increases. Control the speed of oil dripping. Note that when adjusting the amount of oil dripping, it must be adjusted under the state of air supply. When adjusting, it must be adjusted manually, and it is strictly forbidden to use tools to adjust. Common pneumatic lubricators include: AL Series Air Lubricator, AL, BL Series Lubricator, AFR, BFR Series Air Filter and Regulator.
