Characteristics：

◆ The selection of fittings should be demonstrated or verified to avoid danger.

◆ The tolerance of O.D. of applicable tube should be with in ±0.10mm.

◆ The insertion end of the tubing should be cut flatly and smoothly along the vertical section with special equipment. When pulled out and reused, the damaged part should be removed,and the tubing should be  smooth and free of deformation and foreign objects to ensure the seal.

◆ When the tubing is inserted, make sure that it is in place. The exposed part of the tubing should be parallel with the fitting as much as possible to avoid any leakage caused by the hard bending of the tubing.

◆ The thread should be tightened by a wrench on the metal hexagon of the fitting.The rotation of the plastic housing is only for the adjustment of the direction of the tubing.

◆ Imperial threads are with precoating sealant, but when the thread is too large, it can be sealed with Teflon tape, especially for the second-hand fittings.
