NPT adapter fitting
NPT adapter fitting refers to npt thread, which is an American standard 60-degree tapered pipe thread, which is divided into general sealing cylindrical pipe thread and general sealing conical pipe thread. The matching method is "cone/cone" and "column/cone".
Fitting NPT is an emerging steel bar connection technology. Its structural principle is to peel off a part of the longitudinal rib and transverse rib at the end of the steel bar to be connected by cutting, and then directly roll it into an ordinary straight thread. Straight threaded sleeves are connected to form a connection to the rebar.
NPT connectors are generally used in natural gas pipelines, transportation pipelines, water supply and drainage pipelines, industrial production pipelines and other fields. Common NPT thread adapters are: AB-033 Male brass reducer, AB-035 F-M brass reducer, AB-075 Brass swivel connector.
