Firstly, prepare the following tools:Hexagonal wrench/screwdriver、Tracheal scissors、Pneumatic quick plug connector、Fixed brackets (such as footrest brackets, flanges, etc.)、trachea、Gas source、Cylinder installation screws、Lubricating oil (optional)
Check whether the mini air cylinder piston rod is smooth and whether the appearance of the mini air cylinder is bumped. Confirm if the installation brackets, connectors, and screws are complete.
Secure the bracket to your device with screws first. Pay attention to aligning the stroke direction of the mini air cylinder and avoid installing it diagonally.
Place the mini air cylinder in the corresponding position on the bracket and tighten it with screws.Check the direction of the mini air cylinder and ensure that the piston rod extends in the correct direction.
Screw the air quick connector onto the intake and exhaust ports of the mini air cylinder.
Cut a suitable section of Pneumatic Hose, insert the air quick connector, insert it all the way, gently pull it to confirm tight insertion
Connect the air source, slowly turn on the air, observe whether the mini air cylinder moves smoothly, using regulate valve adjust the pressure to the appropriate range.
Finally, check whether the mini air cylinder is stuck or leaking, whether the screws are tightened, and whether there are any obstacles in the cylinder stroke.
At the beginning of debugging, the air pressure should not be too high to avoid damaging the cylinder due to impact.
If you want to detect the position of the cylinder, you can install a magnetic switch on the cylinder body.
Sometimes it is necessary to add thread glue to the cylinder joint to prevent slight air leakage
